Hello Gorgeous!

Hi! My name is Nicole Ford, and I am the owner of Sundara Tresses. I started Sundara Tresses with one thing in mind, YOU! With a background in quality control and much experience as a consumer as well as a hair ambassador, I wanted to launch a hair brand company with my customers in mind. Being a consumer myself, I know what people are looking for when it comes to not only hair, but also customer service and the overall experience. Having professional experience in quality control management, I have learned how to deliver what consumers seek in a brand.

The hair of course is a very important part of a hair company. The cost, the shedding, the tangling. Will you love the hair for the first 3 months then completely regret wasting your money once it mattes up into a ball! Been there, done that, wrote the emails to the business owners.

I’ve spent the last 2 years sampling hair vendors to ensure the hair line I drop will be THE LINE, not A LINE. But as important as that is, customer service is not runner up. I believe it is just as important to know how long the shipping takes. If the website was easy to get around.  How was the overall experience when being on the website? Are my questions going to take 5 business days just to get answered by someone with a serious attitude problem? And the list goes on!

I’ve been in the customer service industry for 7 years and I’d like to believe that I have learned not only how to make my customers happy, but also how to keep them happy. My goal is simple: Provide the best quality in each aspect of the company. From the website to the products to the service and every little thing in between.
