SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
We ship our orders via USPS First Class for $8 within the United States. We do not ship outside of the US. Express Shipping within the US is $20. Our First Class Mail typically ships within 4-7 business days of the order being placed, with 3-4 days to arrive depending on its destination.
We provide tracking numbers and shipping confirmation once your order has been shipped.
Return Policy
No Refunds. Exchanges and store credit available only. No exceptions. All merchandise sent must be in its original packaging, unopened. Any items that have been cut, washed, brushed, or altered/damaged in any way will not be accepted. Because of our vigorous quality inspection, we will not be able to accept any used or altered items.
We do not provide prepaid return labels or issue refunds.
We do not take responsibility for any lost, misplaced or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to deny exchanges due to an irregular return history.
We reserve the right to deny exchanges due to items being worn, altered, or damaged in any way.

Exchange Instructions
1. Email us at info.sundaras@gmail.com with your inquiry.
2. Once approved, ensure the unopened items are in its original packaging with its original tags and it is within 7 days of the delivery date.
3. Include an order slip clearly indicating which items are being returned. Your exchange may experience processing issues without this slip.
4. Create a return shipping label to send to the address we provide at the time of approval.

Please make sure all information is submitted correctly, as we are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed.
